- Internal Policy, Analysis and Planning Department;
- Local Governments Department;
- Secretariate of the Head of Administration;
- Financial Department;
- HRM Department;
- Appeal Consideration Committee;
Apart from managing the Administration, coordinates the work of:
- President’s Management Institute;
- Department of Press and Broadcasting;
Interact with the Secretariate of the President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
Biography
Born in Leningrad (St. Petersburg) on January 22, 1972.
Graduated from Moscow State University with a major in physics in 1994. Obtained the second eduction at the Academy of National Economy with degree in financial management.
1994 – 1995. General Director of SAPI-CENTER Closed Financial Association.
1995 – 1998. Deputy chairman of the commercial bank “AlmazErgienBank”, vice-president of the financial company “SAPI”.
1998 – 2004. Chairman of JSC “AlmazErgienBank”.
1997 – 2002. Deputy of the republic parliament for two terms.
2004 – 2007. Minister of Finance of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
Feb. 2007. Appointed the Head of the Administration of President and Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
Currently, President of Yakutia’s Equestrian Sport Federation.
