Biography
Graduated from Novosibirsk Agricultural Institute with a major in agronomy in 1988. Candidate of agricultural science. The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) State Award Owner for merits in science and technology.
1988 – 1996. Worked in Yakutsk Agriculture Research Institute. Post-graduate study at Pryanishnokov’s Fertilizing & Agrology Research Institute. Completed internship in the U.S. and Japan.
1996 – 1997. Chief agronomist in Pokrovsky Agricultural Production Service belonged to Russian Academy of Agricultural Science Siberian Affiliate.
1997. Director of Pokrovsky Agricultural Production Service.
1997 – 2000. 1st Deputy Director of Yakutsk Agriculture Research Institute of Russian Academy of Agricultural Science Siberian Affiliate.
2000 – 2002. Deputy Head of the Administration of President and Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
2002 – present. Director of Yakutsk Agriculture Research Institute of Russian Academy of Agricultural Science Siberian Affiliate.
2003 – 2007. Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
Feb. 2007. Appointed Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
