Biography
Born on Aug. 13, 1954. The whole career has been relating to public administration.
Graduated from Yakutsk Financial College (1972), Moscow Law Institute (1985), Russian President’s Public Administration Academy (2001). Majors – finance, law, public administration and municipal government.
1972 – 1993. Worked as a budget senior inspector in Olenek Regional Finance Department (Yakutian ASSR) and Leninsky Regional Finance Department (Irkutsk Oblast). Acquired rich financier experience in Yakutia’s Verkhoyansk region, where she was appointed Deputy Head of Verkhoyansky Regional Administration with responsibility for economy reforms. In the course of time she became an economy director at Berkakit – Tommot Railroad Construction Administration.
1993 – 1995. Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Responsible for budget issues.
1995 – 2001. 1st Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
2001 – 2002. Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
2002 – 2007. 1st Deputy Official Representative of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in Moscow.
Feb. 15, 2007. Appointed Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
