Biography
Born on May 9, 1950. In the village of Nedoyka in Belorussia. Owns the order “Friendship.”
Graduated from Tomsk Engeneering & Constructing Institute with a major in construction (1972), Academy of National Economy of the Russian Federation with MBA (1998).
1976 – 1998. Worked in YakutAlmaz Enterprise as a chief engeneer in the beginning and engineering supervision chief in the end. In VilujGesStroi Contracting Organization as a chief engeneer. In MirnyEnergoPromStroi as construction administration deputy chief. In ALROSA’s Mirny Construction Branch as deputy manager, and chief engeneer.
1986 – 1990. Participated in electro-power complexes installation in the Republic of Cuba.
1998 – Jan. 2002. 1st Deputy Head of the Administation of the Mirnisky region of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
2002 – 2006. Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
Mar. 15, 2007. Appointed 1st Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
