Biography
Born on April 9, 1962 in the village of Byuteidjakh, Megino-Kangalassky ulus.
Candidate of economic science. Head of United Russia Party Regional Affiliate Election Headquaters.
Graduated from Gerzen’s Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute (1984).
1984 – 1985. Worked as the Russian language and literature teacher at high school in the village of Maya.
1985 – 1986. Secretary of All-Union Lenin Young Communist League Committee in the settlement of Balyktakh, , Megino-Kangalassky ulus.
1986 – 1992. Worked in the state farm “Yakutsk”. Started from Secretary of All-Union Lenin Young Communist League Committee and reached the position of state farm deputy chairman.
1992 – 1997. Deputy General Director of INTERROS Company.
1997 – 1998. Chief of Transportation, Communication and Financial Resources Department of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
1998 – 2000. Assistant of Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), assistant of 1st Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
2000 – 2002. Head of Federal Public Employment Service Department in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
